* For any adult wishing to become a full Senior member of the Club, attend Club sessions and be eligible to play in teams and tournaments. Please consult a committee member.

**Open to senior members in full-time education.

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP
If 2 persons from the same family pay the Senior, Associate or Student subscription (or combination of both), then their offspring may join as junior members free of charge. Families with offspring in full time education may join on the same basis. Once full time education has terminated, the member concerned must join as a Senior or Associate member as appropriate.

Please could you fill in the attached subscriptions form, filling in the relevant boxes and writing the amount that is due in the total column. Please put the names of all those members of the family that will be joining the club (even if their membership is free) and indicating the relevant membership type. PLEASE INCLUDE AN UP-TO -DATE EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER – THIS IS ESSENTIAL FOR CLUB COMMUNICATIONS!
