| Wimbledon Draw 2010 The GSTC draw for Wimbledon tickets is on Saturday May 1st at 4pm at the clubhouse. To be eligible for tickets you must have renewed your club subscription by then. Rules below...
GSTC WIMBLEDON TICKET DRAW. SATURDAY MAY 1st 10.
The ballot for Wimbledon 2010 will be similar to last year's, enabling members to choose their tickets immediately once their name is drawn.
WHAT TO DO. You are invited to enter the ballot by writing your name and British Tennis number on the sheet on the clubhouse notice board.
Once we know what tickets the club is getting (approx 35 pairs), the ticket allocation will be displayed in the clubhouse on a calendar planner beforehand, so members can see exactly what is available on which day.
THE DRAW. It is at 4pm on Saturday May 1st at the clubhouse. You need to attend and bring money/chequebook or send a proxy with a blank cheque in order to choose your tickets when your name is pulled out.
First name out gets first choice of tickets, second out gets second choice and so on.
CAN'T COME ? If you fail to attend or send a proxy and your name is drawn you will get tickets, but have no choice. Those will be allocated at the end of the draw.
THE RULES. To enter the ballot you must have a British Tennis Membership number. This is a condition of the LTA allocation.
You also need to have been a member on March 31st 2010, and renewed by the day of the draw on May 1st 2010.
Tickets are limited to 1 pair per household.
COLLECTION Tickets will be available for collection at the clubhouse on Saturday 5th June from 2pm to 5pm. |
